Living with chronic and life-changing health conditions while juggling a career, family and personal wellbeing can feel overwhelming. I’m Kathryn, a holistic therapist specialising in reflexology, and I understand these challenges personally. Having navigated my own journey with multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, I’m here to support you. My approach focuses on holistic therapies designed to reduce stress, restore a sense of control and enhance your overall wellbeing, helping you lead a more balanced life.
Foot reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive, complementary therapy, which treats the whole person (mind, body and soul). It involves applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, which correspond to the body’s systems and organs - all systems of the body are worked on through the feet. It aims to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, promote deep relaxation and alleviate stress and tension.
Face reflexology is based on the same principals as traditional foot and hand reflexology however, this time the focus is on the reflexes located on the face. Not only does it aim to help you improve your wellbeing but the proximity of the face reflexes to the brain and cranial nerves makes them exceptionally powerful in impacting the systems of the body.
Hand reflexology works much like foot reflexology, through the application of pressure to reflex points on the hands, and comes with a lot of great benefits. It is a safe and relaxing holistic therapy that can be just as effective as foot reflexology, and more convenient too as you don’t have to remove your socks and shoes. It can also be a good treatment for people who don't like their feet being touched!

My family would say I can be stubborn, determined and someone who never gives up! These traits would prove to serve me well when my life changed forever in 2018. This is my story.
One day I could walk properly and the next day I couldn’t. My legs were losing power and I’d gone numb from the waist down.
